$ipbwi->ips->input[''] Options

In 1.7 i could use this

$ipbwi->ips->input['someactpage']

instead of $_GET['someactpage']. that function sanatized 'someactpage'.

This can be done simply anyway, but im lazy so asking if there is still a function for it?

there is no direct access to ips class because of security purposes, but you are able to write a small plugin for ipbwi which just tunnels the function you need out. here you can find more informations about structure of IPBWI class.
